01/04/08 from Rob North: ST ANDREWS UNITED (ERSJFA - Central Division) issued a 36 page programme priced at £1.50 for their East Of Scotland Cup -Round 2 tie v Oakley United (29/03/08). The club are regular issuers (including friendlies) and have issued for all bar 2 games this seaosn. Those two games were both late venue changes/re-arrangements due to weather, so Saints can be excused these two 'misses'.

They also mark each game on the results list with either Issue No. or Y (yes) or N (no) to indicate the programme status for each game played. For information, the following clubs issued for St Andrews' visit: Dalry Thistle (Junior Cup), Newtongrange Star, Dyce (Junior Cup), Scone Thistle, Thornton Hibs, Luncarty, Glenrothes.

Half of the 24 pages like the outer cover printed on glossy paper and carry adverts for a range of businesses. The other twelve pages begin with a sporting quiz followed by the league tables for the first and reserve teams. Then a humorous section on the next two pages with the central four page section comprising details of the scorers and fixtures for both  first and reserve teams, teams for the match and notes about the visitors, match report from Whitkirk’s last first team game and forthcoming events in the clubhouse and notes about club activities.  Next section has reports from recent Under 12’s and Reserve games followed by results grids for first and second teams with the last page containing more notes about the football club.
