Changes List for 2007-2008.

This list has been simplified, as I am not showing columns of statistics. So it is just in, out and notes. The English tables are mainly taken from Tony Kempster’s website at www.tonykempster.co.uk. These are then expanded to lower leagues from league web-sites and from James Wright’s annual when received.

Foreign stuff relies mainly on national web pages, but www.rsssf.com and www.europlan-online.de are invaluable for finding links and information.

Standard promotions, relegations are shown in black. Red shows a club that has disappeared, blue is used for abnormal promotions, relegations, etc. Green for transfers (i.e. same level). Purple for new clubs, or promoted from leagues outside the system. Other colours may be used for other non standard changes – with the notes revealing some of the stuff that goes on.

Always means via play-offs. A club mentioned in notes only with just the ♠ symbol has maintained current position though winning play-offs! Clubs in the play-offs that lost and hence stayed in position are not noted.
